It was a bright, sunny day.This was our first time with an open-air chess day. It was so successful we have held one each year since then. After Covid Lockdowns we were a club of about 12 players as some had retired from the game or left the club. Now we have nearly 40 Members joining with millions of other players around the world who enjoy Chess!.
